Arohena

Arohena Playcentre is a rural Playcentre situated 45kms South west of Te Awamutu. Our playcentre prides itself on welcoming all families in the district, including parents, grandparents, caregivers and au pairs. Come along and meet locals from Arohena, Wharepapa South and Ngaroma and make new friends; whilst the kids have fun playing in a safe, positive and nurturing environment.

Arohena Playcentre believes that whanau matter and are there to support and learn alongside their tamariki to foster positive learning experiences for them. We provide well run sessions, with no fees and ensure that the 16 areas of play are available. This includes painting, playdough, sandpit, blocks, collage, books, bikes , outside swings and slides, our new playhouse and many more awesome activities your child can play with.

We have a great relationship with Arohena School and ensure that the preschoolers are ready and confident for their transition from Playcentre to school.
