Avonhead

Avonhead Playcentre is a thriving Early Childhood Centre in the busy University area of Christchurch. Our sessions are open for all children, from birth until school aged. As a cooperative, all parents take on the running of the centre, big or small, to help make our centre continue to be a fun and positive place for all to be.

We run general sessions on Monday, Thursday and Friday.

Children stay with their parents when they first start at Avonhead Playcentre, and once they are 2 1/2 and confident, parents are able to leave their child/ren for some or all of the session.

Our term donations are $40 per child and $50 for two or more children.
