Introducing Colleen Welch
Colleen Welch has an accent from Canada, but she calls Western Bay of Plenty home! She is a life member of Te Puke Playcentre, and actively involved with Western Bay of Plenty Playcentre Association.
Colleen says that the Playcentre Journal is a co-operative effort. Her informal team works as hard as she does to make sure the end product is worth reading.
